Specially curated by Executive Chef, Louis Tay using key ingredients such as Hokkaido scallops, lavender, green tea and yuzu, our petite creations will bring you to the mesmerising Hokkaido, a land famed for lavender and fresh seafood. Nibble exquisite delights such as Somen Noodle Salad with Hokkaido Scallop and Ikura, Seared Wagyu Beef Sandwich, Lavender “Swiss Roll”, Yuzu Citrus Scone and more while learning to create your signature scent.
